Jus in bello, also referred to as international humanitarian law (IHL), applies to all warring parties irrespective of the reasons for the conflict. Necessity and proportionality have always been core principles of both branches of the jus belli principles that apply to both the authority to employ military force and the regulation of actual employment. Instead, in that context they frame the legality of national or multinational resort to military force in self-defense. Once the decision is made to employ force pursuant to this authority, the jus in bello variant of these principles(necessity of the mission and proportionality of collateral damage) operate to regulate the application of combat power during mission execution(in other words, they provide the foundation for the regulation of the application of combat power in the context of the self-defense-justified mission). 5, record 6, English, - international%20humanitarian%20law

1, record 33, French, - drone%20h%C3%A9licopt%C3%A8re%20de%20combat

Gyros that have stops(not many these days and not the case for the gyros in the CJ6) can be damaged by acro [acrobatics] when they are running. They should be stopped and preferably caged when doing acro. "Smooth" positive-G acro(no snap or tumbing maneuvers) shouldn’t hurt these gyros if they are powered down even if they are not caged.... When you subject that spinning gyro to your aircraft's twists and turns during aerobatics you are imparting more force on its bearings than you would were the gyro turned off and not spinning. It is usually bearing wear the trashes a gyro. This problem is especially severe when you are doing advanced aerobatics. It is really hard on the gyro bearings. I would rather have the gyros turned off to make them last longer. That we have caged or uncaged gyros is really irrelevant to the basic physics involved. 1, record 34, English, - uncaged

"Uti possidetis" and "status quo." "Colour" in the name "colour-glass condensate" refers to a type of charge that quarks and gluons carry as a result of the strong nuclear force. The word "glass" is borrowed from the term for silica and other materials that are disordered and act like solids on short time scales but liquids on long time scales. In the "gluon walls, "the gluons themselves are disordered and do not change their positions rapidly because of time dilation. ST muscle fibers function primarily for endurance. They contract at relatively low speeds and are primarily used during typical low-to moderate-threshold endurance-type activities. These fibers have a large number of mitochondria(fuel-processing plant) giving rise to their endurance nature. Although there are no scientifically proven minimum safe limits for concentrations of certain toxic and carcinogenic chemicals in food, air and water, such "safe limits" in fact have been set by the appropriate food and drug administrations or their equivalents. The implication is that a dose of low-level radiation with no acceptable safe level is more health-threatening than a low-level dose of, for example, dioxin. In fact, the Task Force finds it is more reasonable to accept a maximum permissible level for ionizing radiation because background radiation is a ubiquitous, naturally occurring phenomenon, whereas there is no naturally occurring level of polychlorinated biphenyls. 3, record 84, English, - safe%20limit

Overflows... have been designed for delicate knitted and woven fabrics made of natural and synthetic fibres. They are also found in the carpet sector. The main difference between jet and overflow machines remains in the fact that in jet machines the fabric is transported by the bath flowing at high speed through the nozzle, while with overflows the fabric is transported by the gravitational force of the liquor overflow. A winch(usually not motor driven) is located in the upper part of the machine and the fabric hangs over it. A longer length of textile hangs from the exit side of the winch than from the inlet side. Gravitational forces pull the longer length of textile downward more strongly than the shorter. The fabric is therefore soaked in the bath without any tension(transportation is very gentle). 1, record 85, English, - overflow%20machine

Many writers have emphasized that if Thayer is correct in stating that relevance is a matter of logic, the concept of legal relevance ought to be rejected. In this approach there are no degrees of relevance : evidence is either relevant or not. According to the standard of legal relevance, evidence is admissible only if, as a minimum, it is logically relevant, and it also has a higher degree of probative value than would be required for ordinary reasoning.(Fed./Prov.
