stimulant use disorder: In the DSM-5 (fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders), the categories "amphetamine abuse," "amphetamine dependence," "cocaine abuse" and "cocaine dependence" have been replaced with the overarching category "stimulant use disorder." This change was made to prevent confusion between "dependence" and "addiction," and to avoid the use of the word "abuse," which can be considered stigmatizing. It also grouped together substances having similar effects.

The Respiratory Protection Program(RPP) aims to protect the health of DND(Department of National Defence) and CF(Canadian Forces) personnel working in contaminated atmospheres where engineering and other controls to eliminate the hazard are not possible. It provides the procedural information and guidance associated with controlling health hazards where departmental members are endangered by exposure to a hazardous substance in the air. The RPP consists of components for : program administration; hazard identification; selection of respiratory protective devices(RPD) ;training; cleaning and maintenance of RPD; testing of breathing air; health surveillance of the wearer; and program evaluation.

For every agent [potentially hazardous biological, chemical or physical agents present in the workplace]... listed, the employer shall take all reasonable steps to ascertain and record ingredients, composition and properties, toxicological effects, the extent of exposure, protective measures, emergency measures and the effect of the use, transport, storage and disposal of the substance or agent.
