As a result of studies made with rapeseed oil, researchers reported that rapeseed oil methyl esters can be used on diesel engines. It was determined that rapeseed oil methyl ester showed better results than soybean oil methyl ester in terms of emission. In addition, with pre-heating application, the engine torque increased at low engine speeds, CO, HC and smoke density decreased significantly. It was determined that using of rapeseed oil methyl ester shortened the ignition delay period. 3, record 2, English, - rapeseed%20oil%20methyl%20ester

Of the proposed changes considered in this study, adoption of 1. 05 HC, 11. 16 CO, and 1. 43 NOx g/km standards for light-duty trucks would have the least impact. Most manufacturers already use the same or a recalibrated version of the U. S. federal truck emission control systems for gasoline-engine LDTs and would use these systems to comply. 1, record 4, English, - gasoline%2Dengined%20LDT
