Record number: 5, Textual support number: 1 CONT
A Turk's head knot is a decorative knot with a basket weave pattern surrounding a cylinder shaped object. The name is used to describe the general family of all such knots rather than one individual knot. The most common use for the Turk's head is to mark the "king spoke" of a vessel' s wheel; when this spoke is upright the rudder is in a central position. Otherwise, the knot is used mostly for decoration, and occasionally as anti-chafing protection. The number of leads of a Turk's head is the number of crossings it makes as it goes around the circumference of the cylinder. The number of bends is the number of strands along the long axis of the cylinder. Depending on the number of leads and bends, a Turk's head may be tied using a single strand or multiple strands. Mathematically, the number of strands is the greatest common divisor of the number of leads and the number of bends; the knot may be tied with a single strand if and only if the two numbers are coprime. The knot was originally named because of its resemblance to a turban. 6, record 5, English, - Turk%26rsquo%3Bs%20head
Record number: 5, Textual support number: 2 CONT
The Turk’s head knot is commonly used as a covering knot. Members of the Boy Scouts of America have taken a liking to tying a five bight, three lead variation which they call a "woggle." 7, record 5, English, - Turk%26rsquo%3Bs%20head

Phalanger. Common name applied to marsupial mammals of the family Phalangeridae, found in Australia, Tasmania, the Solomon Islands, the Moluccas, and Celebes. Members of the family have been introduced into New Zealand. Head and body length ranges from 16 to 65 cm(6 to 26 in), tail length from 17 to 61 cm(7 to 24 in). All the members of the family have five toes on each foot; each digit, except for the opposable innermost toe of the hind foot, has a large claw. Phalangers are nocturnal, arboreal animals that feed chiefly on fruit and leaves. Some species also feed on nectar, insects, and, occasionally, small birds. 2, record 32, English, - phalanger

Under the attentat clause, it is not political offense to murder or to make an attempt at the life of the head of a state, or a member of his family, or sometimes, a member of the government. This is also called the Belgian clause, since it was first propounded in an enactment in Belgium in 1856,... The clause is found in many treaties and statutes. The scope of the clause has varied. For example, it has excluded from being considered political a crime involving an attempt upon the life of the head of a state and members of his family, or, in addition, upon the lives of the ministers of state, or, in further addition, upon the lives of vice-presidents, governors, and other state functionaries. 1, record 33, English, - attentat%20clause
