Escheat therefore being a title frequently vested in the lord by inheritance, as being the fruit of a signiory to which he was entitled by descent, it may seem in such cases to fall more properly under the head of acquiring title to estates, viz, by descent, by purchase. The Shelterbelt Enhancement Program(SEP) is a five-year initiative designed to reduce greenhouse gases through increased shelterbelt plantings on agricultural lands across the Prairies. This program is administered through Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's(AAFC) Shelberbelt Centre in Indian Head, Saskatchewan. Through the SEP, the Centre's services will be expanded to improve shelterbelt planting success, while reducing costs to landowners. As part of the program, clients will be supplied with weed-controlling materials and specialized mulch application equipment.
