Saskatchewan Water Corporation(SaskWater) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIC which was established in 1984. In 2002, the new SaskWater was established with the proclamation of The Saskatchewan Water Corporation Act(2002). Through this Act, SaskWater became a fully commercial Crown corporation providing water, wastewater and related services to municipal, industrial, government and domestic customers in the province. Water resource management activities were transferred to the new Saskatchewan Watershed Authority. SaskWater's headquarters is in Moose Jaw. SaskWater owns and operates 23 regional water supply systems, five municipal water treatment systems, two wastewater treatment systems and four irrigation projects. The Ceremonial Guard, formerly known as the Public Duties Detachment, is a composite of attached companies from the Governor General' s Foot Guards(GGFG) Ottawa and The Canadian Grenadier Guards(CGG) Montreal, the Band of the Ceremonial Guard, and a Headquarters Company providing supply, transportation, training, administrative and medical support to the unit. The Ceremonial Guard was established by the Canadian Forces to plan and prepare and execute Public Duties in the Nation's Capital during the summer. The Justice Annex is a building just north of the Supreme Court of Canada and west of Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Canada. Built in 1940 it is the last surviving representative of many similar temporary buildings erected during the Second World War to house the rapidly growing number of government employees. This building was built to house Royal Canadian Mounted Police(RCMP) officers. It later became the headquarters of C. D. Howe's Department of Munitions and Supply.
