Mental fitness refers to the intentional practices and skills that help the mind function at its best. It's a proactive approach, more like physical training than physical health monitoring. Where mental health is a state of being, mental fitness is the deliberate strengthening of the mind. Mental fitness involves developing qualities such as resilience, focus, adaptability, emotional regulation, and cognitive flexibility. It's not about eliminating difficult emotions or striving for constant positivity. It equips people with the capacity to navigate challenges more effectively, recover from stress, and maintain clarity during pressure. Crucially, mental fitness is not the absence of mental illness. Someone managing depression, anxiety, or another condition can still practise mental fitness and benefit from it. 2, record 1, English, - mental%20fitness

3, record 1, French, - forme%20mentale

Artificial intelligence-induced psychosis is a relatively new term to describe a condition where prolonged or intense interactions with artificial intelligence(AI) tools lead to or exacerbate psychotic symptoms in vulnerable individuals. Although AI was intended to improve communication, workflow, and aid productivity, increased dependence and usage of AI have raised potential psychological risks. With the rise of AI chatbots used in daily life, the possibility of AI-related psychosis is a growing concern for mental health professionals. 1, record 2, English, - artificial%20intelligence%2Dinduced%20psychosis

A non-visible disability is a disability or health condition that is not immediately obvious. It can defy stereotypes of what people might think disabled people look like.... Some "non-visible" conditions are visible or obvious sometimes. Also, they can be "seen" by some people who might have a better understanding of the condition. But they are not usually visible to others.... some people with non-visible disabilities might have a "dynamic disability. "This means that sometimes they might use a mobility aid, but other times they might not need it. Likewise, sometimes they might need to use a priority seat on busy public transport. Other times they may not feel they need to. 5, record 24, English, - non%2Dapparent%20disability

[...] el sustantivo "preexistencia" es un término propio de la filosofía. Record number: 57, Textual support number: 1 CONT
The adverse effects of either a pollutant, a contaminant or quantities of both, on normal air or water is called contamination. Thus, water may contain sewage in suspension and can be classified as "polluted", but it is not contaminated unless it contains, at the same time, sufficient pathogenic bacteria to impart disease to animals or humans. It may also be polluted and contaminated if it contains harmful quantities of lead, mercury, etc., from man-made sources. But it is only considered contaminated if no man-made pollution is present and the undesirable concentrations of mercury and lead came from runoff over natural deposits of these elements. 3, record 57, English, - contamination

The program as always extended beyond its original intent of an acid rain monitoring system to encompass a role in forest health and biomonitoring. In recognition of this, the original network of some 100 plots across Canada was expanded to 169 plots in 1991. 3, record 68, English, - Acid%20Rain%20National%20Early%20Warning%20System

Le DNARPA a toujours dépassé le cadre de son mandat original pour englober la santé des forêts et la surveillance biologique. The shorter term "spa" should be restricted in its use to denote a mineral spring or the resort area containing such springs as well as hydromassage, mud and salt baths, etc. consequently when translation "spa" into French, it is important to determine the true meaning of the word. 4, record 71, English, - health%20club
