Health Canada, Planning and Corporate Management Practices Directorate. Launched in November 2002, the Public Advisory Committee(PAC) is a forum that provides advice from the consumer's perspective on issues and initiatives as requested by the Health Products and Food Branch(HPFB) of Health Canada.
