The Health Policy Research Bulletin is Health Canada's departmental publication on health policy research. Its purpose is to promote the Department's policy research and strengthen evidence-based decision-making in the health sector. The Bulletin presents research and analysis conducted by or for Health Canada to policy makers and researchers within government, universities, policy research networks and non-governmental organizations.

Health Canada. The Applied Research and Analysis Directorate(ARAD) helps to build the analytical foundation for Health Canada's policy decision making and performance measurement and reporting. ARAD conducts economic analysis of health policy issues and publishes the Health Policy Research Bulletin. ARAD develops the quantitative information base to support the Department's and the Government of Canada's health system performance reporting commitments.

La Direction de la recherche appliquée et de l'analyse (DRAA) aide à construire le fondement analytique sur lequel Santé Canada s'appuie pour prendre des décisions stratégiques ainsi que pour mesurer le rendement et rendre des comptes à cet égard. La DRAA réalise des analyses économiques des questions relatives aux politiques de santé et publie le Bulletin de recherche sur les politiques de santé.
