The air quality health index or "AQHI" is a scale designed to help you understand what the air quality around you means to your health.... The AQHI communicates four primary things : 1. A number from 1 and 10+ indicating the quality of the air. The higher the number, the greater the health risk associated with the air quality. When the amount of air pollution is very high, the number will be reported as 10+. 2. A category that describes the level of health risk associated with the index reading(e. g. Low, Moderate, High, or Very High Health Risk). 3. Health messages customized to each category for both the general population and the ’at risk’ population. 4. Current hourly AQHI readings and maximum forecasted values for today, tonight and tomorrow. 3, record 1, English, - air%20quality%20health%20index

3, record 1, French, - cote%20air%20sant%C3%A9

The International Nuclear Event Scale [INES]. Level 7. Major accident. Criteria. External release of a large fraction of the radioactive material in a large facility(e. g. the core of a power reactor). This would typically involve a mixture of short and long-lived radioactive fission products(in quantities radiologically equivalent to more than tens of thousands of terabecquerels of iodine-131). The person-trade-off approach is the very essence of the saved-young-life equivalent(SAVE) procedure, which has been proposed as an alternative to the QALY procedure. Saving a young person from dying and restoring him or her to a healthy life is chosen as a reference outcome. This outcome is assigned the value 1. Other outcomes are described in terms of a) how severely ill the patients are before treatment and b) how much they are helped. People are asked to compare pairs of outcomes in terms of equivalence of numbers of people heated. This establishes the person trade-offs in terms of value in a direct way. Outcomes rather than health states are then assigned values on a 0-1 scale such as to encapsulate the observed trade-offs. 2, record 22, English, - saved%20young%20life%20equivalent

2, record 26, French, - intention%20suicidaire
