Health Canada. A new medication incident reporting and prevention system now in the design stages will strengthen the Canadian healthcare system's capacity to report, analyse and manage medication incident data on a national basis, while mounting comprehensive prevention and education programs for healthcare practitioners. Canadian Medication Incident Reporting and Prevention System(CMIRPS) will provide a secure database that can collect and analyse incident reports while supporting risk assessment, prevention and education programs. Santé Canada. Le nouveau système de déclaration et de prévention des incidents médicamenteux actuellement en conception renforcera la capacité du système de santé du Canada de déclarer, d'analyser et de gérer les données sur les incidents médicamenteux à l'échelon national tout en lançant des programmes intégrés de prévention et d'éducation à l'intention des praticiens de la santé. Le Système canadien de déclaration et de prévention des incidents médicamenteux (SCDPIM) fournira une base de données protégée capable de recueillir et d'analyser des rapports d'incidents tout en appuyant des programmes d'évaluation des risques, de prévention et d'éducation.
