Trips employing auxiliary trip units include the Loss of Load trip and the APD – High trip. The Loss of Load trip is a contact input from the Electro Hydraulic Control System control oil pressure on each of the four high pressure stop valves. … 10. Loss of Load. The Loss of Load(turbine stop valve(TSV) control oil pressure) trip is anticipatory for the loss of heat removal capabilities of the secondary system following a turbine trip. The Loss of Load trip prevents lifting the pressurizer saftey valves, PORVs and MSSVs in the event of a turbine generator trip. Thus, the trip minimizes the pressure and temperature transients on the reactor by initiating a trip well before reaching the Pressurizer Pressure – High trip and pressurizer safety valve setpoints. The four RPS Loss of Load reactor trip channels receive their input from sensors mounted on the high pressure TSV actuators. Since there are four high pressure TSVs, one actuator per valve and one sensor per actuator, each sensor sends its signal to a different RPS channel. When the turbine trips, control oil is dumped from the high pressure TSVs. When the control oil pressure drops to the appropriate setpoint, a reactor trip signal is generated. 1, record 6, English, - load%20reactor%20trip%20channel

Pallet Shrink Wrapping Machines.-Pallet shrink wrapping involves wrapping the pallet in an over sized film and then shrinking by applying heat. The shrunk film so tightens around the pallet that it gives it maximum stability during the transport. The shrunk thermoplastic film also provides protection against moisture and dust during storage. These machines are as per the customer requirement in terms of the size of the pallet or product, speed and automation. Shrink hood applicator wraps the load in thermoplastic film in a reel. The film is first sealed at one end and laid open on the pallet. 5, record 7, English, - pallet%20shrink%20wrapper

The ’flip-side’ of the Peltier effect is the Seebeck effect-when thermal energy moves through an electrically-conductive material, charge carriers are transported by the heat. Thus when you create a temperature difference across a thermoelectric device, the movement of heat and charge carriers creates an electrical pressure(called Seebeck voltage). If an electrical load is connected across the device, current will flow-if not, the pressure builds to a steady state condition and a ’no-load’ voltage will be present. 3, record 17, English, - Seebeck%20voltage

Inertia welding (friction welding) has become a viable production welding method for parts having radial symmetry such as compressor drums. In this process, the metal preparation procedures are the same as for other techniques. The essence of the method is to convert rotational kinetic energy into heat to bring about controlled degrees of fusion and extrusion. Inertia welding can be done in air. 5, record 21, English, - Inertia%20welding

Intertia friction welding. Two workpiece parts to be joined are clamped rigidly in a sturdy fixed unit usually called the tailstock fixture and a rotating chuck assembly or collet drive. The spindle assembly, which includes one of the workpieces and any required flywheels, is rapidly accelerated to a pre-calculated speed, storing the energy required for welding. The spindle is disconnected from the drive source and begins to freewheel. At the same time, the ram assembly moves the non-rotating part axially to force both workpieces together, also a predetermined calculated(lbs.) thrust load. While the workpieces are thrust tightly together, friction between the interfaces convert kinetic energy stored in the rotating spindle and flywheel assemblies into heat at the interface, and finally into mechanical working of the plastic metals. 3, record 21, English, - Inertia%20welding

To maintain a constant temperature, heat must be added to the dwelling at the same rate as the rate of heat loss. The total heat loss from a building does not, however, represent the actual load on the building's heating system. Some heat is replaced from other sources : solar radiation, the occupants themselves, electrical appliances, and hot water consumed in the dwelling. This is sometimes called the "free heat". 1, record 31, English, - free%20heat
