The Pan Canadian Student Mobility Program for Canadian Colleges and Institutes(PSMP) supports the development and implementation of pilot projects focusing on student exchanges between different Canadian provinces and territories. The program facilitates the development of institutional exchange agreements and the implementation of inter-institutional student exchanges.
