Interstitial lung diseases(ILDs) refer to a heterogeneous and complex group of conditions characterized by inflammation, fibrosis, or both, in the interstitium of the lungs. This results in impaired gas exchange, leading to a worsening of respiratory symptoms and a decline in lung function. While the etiology of some ILDs is unclear, most cases can be traced back to factors such as genetic predispositions, environmental exposures(including allergens, toxins, and air pollution), underlying autoimmune diseases, or the use of certain medications. 3, record 1, English, - interstitial%20lung%20disease

Retinal pattern dystrophies are a slowly progressive heterogeneous group of primarily autosomal dominantly inherited macular diseases whose unifying element involves the deposition of pigment in the retinal pigment epithelium(RPE) of the macula. Although findings are classically and most often centered in the macula, pigment deposition may also occur in the periphery. Depending on the distribution pattern, these pattern dystrophies can be separated into major categories or types. These include reticular dystrophy, fundus pulverulentus, butterfly-shaped pigment dystrophy, adult-onset foveomacular vitelliform dystrophy, and multifocal pattern dystrophy simulating Stargardt disease. 2, record 2, English, - pattern%20dystrophy

The diagnosis of NVCM is... based on the presence of intraretinal cystoid spaces on OCT [optical coherence tomography] and the absence of leakage and pooling on late-phase FA [fluorescein angiography].... There are many causes of cystoid maculopathies, most of them being due to a breakdown of the inner or outer BRB [blood-retinal barrier],... and others being due to a variety of causes in the absence of fluorescein leakage, when FA is performed, referred to as NVCM. The causes of NVCM may be mechanical due to antero-posterior VMT [vitreomacular traction] or to tangential epiretinal traction or tension. Retinal dystrophies are another group of heterogeneous diseases in which cystoid spaces may occur in the macula with or without fluorescein leakage and often attributed to neuronal degeneration. They are growths, like tumours found in organs as a result of faulty development. They are normally made up of a mixture of tissues. They contain mucus-filled glands, with retention cysts, abundant connective tissue, and a chronic cellular infiltration of eosinophils. They grow at the normal rate of the host tissue and rarely cause problems such as compression. A common example of a hamartomatous lesion is a strawberry naevus. A heterogeneous group of disorders characterized by hypogamma-globulinemia, decreased antibody production in response to antigenic challenge, and recurrent pyogenic infections, and often associated with hematologic and autoimmune disorders. Most patients have normal numbers of circulating B cells but lack plasma cells, and are thus thought to have an intrinsic defect of B cell differentiation. Many also have T cell defects and exhibit cutaneous energy to recall antigens. 1, record 16, English, - common%20variable%20immunodeficiency

1, record 16, French, - hypogammaglobulin%C3%A9mie%20%C3%A0%20expression%20variable
