Les territoires dits "déstructurés" sont ceux où de nombreuses activités autres qu'agricoles sont menées. Ils ne jouiraient pas, en quelque sorte, d'une "structure" agricole homogène. En raison de ce fait, il est difficile de les considérer comme des territoires agricoles et de leur conserver la catégorie de zonage correspondante. L'adjectif "déstructuré" semble bel et bien être le terme consacré. Les explications nous ont été fournies par M.
