Third horizontal review completed in 2004, the Service Delivery Infrastructure(SDI) Review, effectively profiled the service delivery environment across the country to support the ongoing management and sustainability of external government service delivery. This analysis took into consideration points of service, volumes of service transactions, staff allocated across service delivery channels, and the overall investment made by government in delivering its services to Canadians.
