Course Development & Web Services (CDWS) hosts brown bag lunch (BBL) events twice each month for campus faculty and staff as well as off campus visitors. Guest speakers, often experts in their field, share information on a variety of topics ... The goal of these informal and relaxed events is to encourage the development of learning communities by bringing together individuals with mutual interests, ideas, and questions. Since 1980, Septembre 27 is celebrated by the World Tourism Organization as World Tourism Day. It was established at the Third Session of the WTO General Assembly in Torremolinos, Spain, in Septembre of 1979. The purpose of this day is to display awareness that tourism is vital to the international community and to show how it affects the social, cultural, political and economic values worldwide.
