The tomato pinworm(TPW) [Keiferia lycopersicella(Walsingham) ] is primarily a pest in tropical and subtropical areas of the world... Solanaceous crops such as tomato, potato, and eggplant are the preferred host plants of TPW... The tomato pinworm attacks both the leaves and fruits of tomato. Tunnelling or mining by larvae in the leaves is the most common type of injury. Initially, the mine is long and narrow, but it later widens to become blotch-shaped. Older larvae may fold the leaf over itself, or knit 2 leaves together, between which they continue to feed, causing large blotches. In severe infestations, all leaves on a plant are attacked giving the crop a burnt appearance. 4, record 4, English, - tomato%20pinworm

Sangster(1976) has divided carbonate-hosted base metal deposits into two major types :(1) Mississippi Valley, and(2) Alpine. Other workers do not make this distinction and refer to all low temperature carbonate-hosted deposits as being of Mississippi Valley-type. Sangster contends that the first type, which are strata-bound, were emplaced after lithification of the host rocks and were largely controlled by pre-ore structures, whilst he considers the Alpine-type to be stratiform and syndsedimentary.... 1, record 11, French, - g%C3%AEte%20de%20type%20Kupferschiefer

Sediment-hosted stratiform copper(SSC) or "diagenetic sedimentary" copper deposits belong to a large family of diverse, more or less concordant and discordant copper deposits and occurrences that show a close relationship to their sedimentary host rocks. In this sense they are "sedimentary", even though available evidence supports diagenetic precipitation of metals at redox boundaries rather than syngenetic metal deposition. Nomenclature for deposits of this type is problematic and no general term referring to them is entirely satisfactory.... The document type is rich enough for content authoring. XHTML Basic is designed as a common base that may be extended. For example, an event module that is more generic than the traditional HTML 4 event system could be added or it could be extended by additional modules from XHTML Modularization such as the Scripting Module. Stratigraphic traps are traps created by the limits of the reservoir rock itself, without any structural control.... Stratigraphic reef traps are amongst the most important type of trap in Alberta, where reefs of Devonian age, formed mainly of stromatoporoids host much of the petroleum. They became ideal traps when a change in the regional environment caused the reefs to be buried by muds, forming an impermeable seal and cap rock. 2, record 19, English, - reef%20trap

The concept of immunologic surveillance was proposed as a paradigm by Burnet3 in 1970 to explain the spontaneous growth of cancer in a normal host. He proposed that the immune system had the capacity of detecting non-self from self as a general principle. When non-self was detected, the immune systems reacted with a variety of effectors, whose responsibility was to destroy the invading organisms. This understanding was found to be essentially correct when applied to invading organisms such as bacteria, pleuropneumonia-like organisms and viruses. The major cell type of the immune system whose responsibility it was to make the self-nonself determination were T cells.

[Burrows are] features created by organic burrowing in relatively unconsolidated sediment, in contrast to borings, which formed in rigid sedimentary particles or rock. Porosity representing discrete burrows is relatively uncommon in ancient carbonate rocks, because most burrows collapse, become filled by sediment, or are backfilled by the burrow-forming organism itself. However, other types of porosity, such as inter-particle porosity, may occur within burrow fillings in carbonate facies. In somewhat muddy facies, burrow fillings may have more permeability than the host sediment. Commonly these structures, perhaps because of higher permeability, appear to have localized dolomitization.... In some carbonates the porosity is largely in dolomitized burrows. 4, record 30, English, - burrow%20porosity
