The goal of the Hosting Program International Single Sport Events(HP-ISSE) is : to enhance the international profile of Canadian sport organizations; and to permit these organizations the opportunity to host international single sport high performance events in Canada. More precisely, the purpose of the HP-ISSE is to contribute to the development of sport in Canada by : developing hosting expertise; providing opportunities for Canadian athletes to compete at home; and creating practical development opportunities for officials and coaches.
