Parts made from partially crystalline engineering polymers should preferably not be made by hot runner injection moulding if a perfect surface finish is essential. It is advisable to make use of a subsidiary runner, which thermally isolates the nozzle from the moulded part, thereby reducing the risk of surface defects. 4, record 4, English, - hot%20runner%20injection%20moulding
Record number: 4, Textual support number: 1 OBS
Runners can be classified into two types, namely the cold runner and the hot runner. The mold temperature for the cold runner is similar to the mold temperature for the cavity. The material in the cold runner will eventually solidify, and be ejected with each cycle. The hot runner maintains the polymer at a melt temperature, either by insulation or by heating. This keeps the material fluid. Hot runners are not ejected with each cycle. 5, record 4, English, - hot%20runner%20injection%20moulding

Another process somewhat related to injection blow-molding is dip blow molding used for small containers. The process has the advantage of reducing some of the molded-in stress. A core rod is inserted into a cupel, displacing resin and packing it into the neck finish area. As the core rod moves away, a predetermined amount of resin is permitted to remain on the rod. A hot knife cuts the hot plastic, separating the material on the rod from the melt pool in the cupel. The core rod is then rotated to the blow station for blow molding. Hesta is a supplier of this type of machinery. 3, record 12, English, - dip%20blow%20molding

The resultant fabrics are rather tough and compact in appearance... The bonding methods include :(1) homofil bonding, in which all filaments are composed of a single polymer type, but some of the filaments have different melting characteristics. Bonding is achieved by a high-temperature calendering operation, accomplished by passing fabric between two hot rollers; and(2) heterofil bonding, in which some of the filaments comprise two types of polymers having different melting points(heterofilaments), while others have only one polymer(homofilaments). 3, record 28, English, - melt%2Dbonded%20non%2Dwoven%20geotextile

4, record 28, French, - g%C3%A9otextile%20non%2Dtiss%C3%A9%20obtenu%20par%20voie%20fondue
