Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. Estimating the remaining service life span, or time-to-fogging, of insulating glass units(IGU's) can pose a planning and budgeting problem for building managers and condominium corporations. This research report describes a method for predicting the time-to-failure of IGU's, and suggests ways of improving the predictability of IGU failure.
