In immersion curing, the submerged meat or poultry absorbs the cover pickle solution, slowly, over a long period of time. There are two recognized methods for calculating the allowable ingoing amount of nitrite in immersion cured products. The method used depends on the mechanism of movement of nitrite within the meat and/or poultry/pickle system and into the meat, meat byproduct, or poultry tissue itself. 2, record 3, English, - cover%20pickle

Record number: 4, Textual support number: 1 CONT
These coverall PFD suits use a wet suit principle and the survival time of a person wearing such a suit is not as high as that afforded by dry suits, i. e. immersion suits. 4, record 4, English, - wet%20suit
Record number: 4, Textual support number: 2 CONT
Wet suits are used when diving in water temperatures over 20 degrees C (70 degrees F). A modern wetsuit is mostly made from thin neoprene, which provides limited thermal protection, and lined with a nylon fabric to make it easy to put on and take off. A wetsuit allows a small amount of water into the suit, but traps this thin layer of water between the skin and the neoprene, which body heat then warms up. The neoprene itself insulates the warm layer against the cold of the surrounding water. 5, record 4, English, - wet%20suit

Record number: 4, Textual support number: 2 CONT
8, record 4, French, - combinaison%20humide
Record number: 4, Textual support number: 3 CONT
2, record 4, French, - combinaison%20humide
