Quantitative immunological technique employing a solid phase. 1, record 1, English, - solid%2Dphase%20immunoassay
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
The main characteristic required of all solid phase immunoassays is their specificity. Whichever immunoassay is chosen and whatever its purpose, an artificial immunoadsorbent must generally be prepared, because even though natural immunoadsorbents such as bacteria, yeast, or erythrocytes can sometimes be used, their application is limited. The solid phase ... is composed of a solid support on which an immunologically active substance has been fixed. This substance immobilized on the solid phase is often called an immunoadsorbent. 2, record 1, English, - solid%2Dphase%20immunoassay

Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 DEF
1, record 1, French, - immuno%2Dessai%20en%20phase%20solide

Lumboscopic renal biopsy is a new, quite convincing technique to gain renal tissue for histopathological and immunological examinations, which Sommerkamp introduced in 1974. A small flank incision(approx. 2 cm) is necessary to introduce a lumboscope into the retroperitoneal space.(source : MEDLINE). 2, record 4, English, - lumboscope
