Few-shot learning(FSL) is a powerful approach in machine learning that allows models to learn from only a handful of training examples. In transmission engineering, most often it would be rather impractical to characterize the magnitude of signals directly by a numerical value in volts or watts. Instead, a logarithmic measure is used, expressed in "dB" [decibel], to characterize the signal magnitude in relation to some chosen reference value. Identified by Merton as the escapist response... retreatism occurs when people become practically dropouts of society. They give up all goals and efforts to achieve success because they view it as an impractical, impossible, almost imaginary, and irrational possibility. ESA has presently only developed a basic end effector(BEE) for the European robotic arm. Although the BEE can support EVA and has a good overall performance, its size and mass make its use impractical for most of the operations involved in servicing payloads external to the spacecraft. The dexterity needed for these operations requires a much smaller, compact gripper, equipped with an array of sensors which fully monitor both its status and operations. Furthermore, it is desirable to keep to a minimum the limitations and constraints imposed on the payload by the interface requirements. Functions performed by the gripper are : recovery of insertion misalignments; positioning of an object at a target location; securing an object firmly and releasably; provision of mechanical power; monitoring gripper status and operation. 2, record 15, English, - basic%20end%20effector

It may be impractical for some departments to break down transactions to the full extent called for by the objects in the Master Lists. The use of data broken down into those objects is broad enough to permit relaxation of the principle of a one-to-one or many-to-one relationship between line objects and the economic, source or class objects, when the amounts are insignificant for either one transaction or the total. In such cases, for each line object, departments must provide an estimated percentage breakdown by the object in the Master List. 1, record 31, French, - contr%C3%B4les%20administratifs

FINISH GRADE STAKES(1) Description : Wooden stakes 2" X 2" are usually used with the tops of the stakes coloured red or blue. Blue or red tops, as they are called, indicate the actual finished elevation of final grade to which the completed facility is to be constructed and are used when the grade is within a short distance of the final elevation. These stakes are not normally used in combat road construction except where steep slopes are involved. This type of stake will normally require a guard stake to protect it and indicate its location, although on large projects it may be impractical to use guards with each one.(2) Placement and Marking. There is no marking on these stakes other than the coloring on the top. The coloring can be other than red or blue. They may be set for use in two different ways : a.
