Laparoscopic surgery, a "minimally invasive" procedure, is commonly used to treat diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Unlike traditional surgery on the colon or other parts of the intestines where a long incision down the center of the abdomen is required, laparoscopic surgery requires only small "keyhole" incisions in the abdomen. As a result, the person undergoing the procedure may experience less pain and scarring after surgery, and a more rapid recovery. 3, record 7, English, - laparoscopic%20surgery

1, record 13, French, - chol%C3%A9cystectomie%20par%20laparoscopie

The TUBA(Trans Umbilical Breast Augmentation) technique provides insertion of breast implants through the belly button. It is performed on an outpatient basis using general or local anesthesia. A small incision is made in the belly button. Through the incision, a slender instrument passes under the skin to a location behind the breast tissue. Next, a tissue expander is inserted and placed under the breast. With the expander, a space is developed to create a pocket for the implant size requested.... an empty saline implant is placed in the pocket and filled with sterile saline. 1, record 99, French, - intervention%20de%20fronde
