In response to the Treasury Board of Canada's Directive on Performance management, Public Services and Procurement Canada(PSPC) has implemented a new Policy on Performance and Talent Management for Non-Executive Employees. The new policy will : support talent management as a key component in people management; ensure talent is managed in a fair, consistent and inclusive manner at all levels of the organization; modernise how we recruit and develop a talented and diverse workforce; support succession planning and fostering a learning culture; maximize talent mobility for all employees; increase employee engagement and retention; promote inclusion and reflect the diversity of our workforce; enhance the profile of PSPC as an employer of choice to maximize talent recruitment and retention. In addition, the policy introduces a new talent placements concept for all non-executive employees.

Conformément à la Directive sur la gestion du rendement du Conseil du Trésor du Canada, Services publics et Approvisionnement Canada (SPAC) a mis en œuvre une nouvelle Politique sur la gestion du rendement et des talents pour les employés non-cadres. De plus, la politique introduit un nouveau concept de Placements de talent pour tous les employés non-cadres.
