Les couches profondes du sous-endocarde ventriculaire gauche sont électriquement muettes: les infarctus incomplets qui s'y localisent ne se traduisent pas par des ondes Q de nécrose mais seulement par des altérations de la repolarisation portant sur le segment ST et l'onde T.
