The share of each offshore quota available to the Independent Offshore Group of trawler owners(IOG) either as an allocation for competitive fishing, or for subdivision into enterprise allocations, will be determined with reference jointly to past fishing performance and to ensuring an equitable share of those offshore quotas that are projected to increase substantially.
