Reconciliation within the public service requires fundamental change and a government-wide commitment to action. To make this change a reality, the Knowledge Circle for Indigenous Inclusion(KCII) works as a liaison between public service managers and Indigenous employees. The KCII provides culturally competent guidance, support, and advice to Indigenous employees and public service managers within a safe space. La réconciliation au sein de la fonction publique requiert un changement fondamental et un engagement pangouvernemental à l'action. Pour faire de ce changement une réalité, le Cercle du savoir sur l'inclusion autochtone (CSIA) a le rôle de lien entre les gestionnaires de la fonction publique et les employés autochtones. The Indigenous Circle of Employees(ICE) is a network of declared Indigenous employees and allies at Public Services and Procurement Canada(PSPC). Working together, they provide education, support and guidance for Indigenous employees and others.
