The World Health Organization(WHO) has reported that 80% of vaccine sales come from just five large multinational corporations, formed as a result of mergers and acquisitions in recent decades. It said :"Many of the individual vaccine markets are monopolies or oligopolies, either by product or presentation. "In this market environment, the balance between supply and demand needs to be closely monitored, leading the WHO to advocate for "constant management and communication between market actors" to guarantee sufficient supply of vaccines. Without an open procurement process, it's extremely difficult for the government and public to know if the procurement in these tight market conditions is being managed in their best interests as effectively as possible. 2, record 1, English, - open%20procurement%20process

Inconstant catchability among individual fish has been widely recognized... as a major source of error in depletion estimates of population size when using models [that] assume constant catchability. Inconstant catchability is a feature of populations that contain individuals with different vulnerabilities to capture or when their behaviour changes with successive hauls. The effect is to cause a rapid depletion of the more vulnerable individuals after the first unit(or few units) of effort is applied, leaving behind a pool of animals with a lower [catchability]. 2, record 4, English, - inconstant%20catchability

When the Business Partnering Model was first presented, the role of a broker within the Director, Human Resources’ team had been developed whose responsibility was routing all requests to the appropriate service centre, tracking all requests to ensure service standards were met, and providing information to managers and the team on the status of individual service transactions. After long discussions, the broker role was replaced by a Business Line Team(BLT). This team is part of the Organization and Resourcing Services. On a matrix basis, a team will be set up for each client Branch/SOA. Headed by a Senior Consultant, reporting to the Resourcing Manager, the team represents a mix of skills and resources to meet client needs as defined by a service agreement negotiatied by the Director, Human Resources. The Senior Consultant, BLT and his/her team will work in partnership with the Director, HR team and will provide constant feed back on results and issues impacting service delivery to the client. Members of the BLT team are at all levels of the organization from support to officer. The make up of the Business Line Team is reviewed annually based on client business plans and service agreements. The Business Line Team is the client's single point of access for staffing, organization design and classification request. It is also responsible for providing these services in the most strategic and cost-efficient way for the client. The Director, HR team will keep the BLT abreast of any client issue, general direction and priority that might impact on service delivery. 2, record 6, English, - Business%20Line%20Team

2, record 6, French, - %C3%89quipe%20de%20secteur%20d%27activit%C3%A9

The Union des producteurs agricoles(UPA) is a professional farmers’ union organization. Its main purpose and its action are based on values : respect for the individual, solidarity, collective action, social justice, fairness, democracy. In compliance with these values, the chief mission of the UPA is to promote, defend and develop the professional, economic, social and moral interests of Québec' s farm producers, without distinction as to race, nationality, gender, language or beliefs. In addition, in constant interaction with all of Québec society, the UPA helps improve living conditions of rural communities at the social, economic and cultural levels. Finally, the UPA recognizes that Québec agriculture exists within the context of global interactions and, consequently, that it can associate with the collective action of farm producers groups in Canada and elsewhere in the world. The Union catholique des cultivateurs(UCC) became the Union des producteurs agricoles(UPA) in 1972. 3, record 9, English, - Union%20des%20producteurs%20agricoles

To describe operators and actions, we first have to give them names. In what follows, we use the ternary function symbol M to designate the move operator, we use the binary function symbol U to designate the unstack operator, we use the binary function symbol S to designate the stack operator, and we use the constant Noop to designate the null action. With this vocabulary, we can name individual actions. For example, the term M(C, A, B) designates the action of moving block c from a to b.
