With respect to federal debt charges, the initial stock of debt is subject to an average interest rate that is assumed to gradually increase from about 4 per cent in 2018–19 to 5 per cent by 2027–28(to account for the fact that maturing debt will have to be renewed at increasingly higher rates) and remain constant thereafter. 2, record 2, English, - maturing%20debt

The actual method used in initial crossing of wheat varieties is conditioned by the fact that wheat is bi-sexual and normally self-pollinating. Before the wheat plant has shed its pollen, the anthers are removed with forceps from the flowers of the plant that is to become the female parent, and a cover is slipped over the emasculated wheat head to exclude foreign pollen. Two or three days later, the cover is taken off and ripe anthers are removed from another wheat plant, selected as the male parent, broken over the stigma of each emasculated flower, and the cover replaced. The fertilized egg cells now develop into grains which usually mature a little more than a month later. 2, record 3, English, - self%2Dpollinating

1, record 3, French, - autof%C3%A9cond%C3%A9e

Until two years ago the nature of promoter base sequences was totally obscure. Now, however, a number of different promoter sequences are known and soon many more will be worked out. Soon after the initial binding to the RNA polymerase recognition site, the polymerase diffuses closer to the start of transcription to a group of At-rich base pairs to which it binds more tightly(RNA polymerase binding site). The fact that both binding sequences are AT-rich probably reflects the fact that such sequences denature much more easily than doGC-rich regions, and so are obvious targets for an enzyme like RNA polymerase, whose functioning demands local denaturation. 4, record 4, English, - AT%2Drich

Deferred perennial yield that consists of two different pumping yields. The starting yield is greater than the rate of the perennial yield and results in the depression of the water level. This provides water at lower cost without any detrimental effects on the aquifer. In fact this may reduce initial losses that occur at high water-table conditions such as by evapotranspiration, or subterranean flow to the sea. When the water level is lowered to a predetermined level, then the rate of abstraction is adjusted to the rate of the perennial yield. 1, record 5, English, - deferred%20perennial%20yield
