PPA commonly begins as a subtle disorder of language, progressing to a nearly total inability to speak, in its most severe stage. The type or pattern of the language deficit may differ from patient to patient. The initial language disturbance may be fluent aphasia(i. e., the person may have normal or even increased rate of word production) or non-fluent aphasia(speech becomes effortful and the person produces fewer words). A less common variety begins with impaired word-finding and progressive deterioration of naming and comprehension, with relatively preserved articulation. 3, record 4, English, - primary%20progressive%20aphasia

Mold makers create, adjust, and adapt the molds used in cast manufacturing. Most frequently, tool and machine parts manufacturers are the employers for mold makers. Mold makers typically work with specifications from a design team, and they need to know how to work from schematics and be familiar with computer-aided design(CAD) programs for this purpose. The mold maker then creates initial molds. Upon the successful completion of production runs and quality control for parts from the casting, the maker then puts the mold into the production cycle. Mold makers often work with existing parts, making necessary adjustments to existing molds and conforming existing molds to new product specifications. 4, record 8, English, - mouldmaker

This technological innovation, known as automated journalism, is a relatively new phenomenon in the area of computational journalism. Automated journalism refers to the process of using software or algorithms to automatically generate news stories without human intervention—after the initial programming of the algorithm, of course. Thus, once the algorithm is developed, it allows for automating each step of the news production process, from the collection and analysis of data, to the actual creation and publication of news. Automated journalism—also referred to as algorithmic or, somewhat misleadingly, robot journalism—works for fact-based stories for which clean, structured, and reliable data are available. 8, record 9, English, - automated%20journalism

5, record 19, French, - Flying%20Boxcar

The stability of an enzyme... usually refers to the conformational stability of the protein. The thermal, organic solvent, urea, pH, and storage stability of an enzyme are largely determined by its conformational stability, and inactivation is caused primarily denaturation... The stability of a biocatalyst is usually expressed by means of a half-life value, i. e. the time required for the activity of the reactor to fall to half of its initial activity. It is obviously desirable for the activity to be as stable as possible so that enzyme production and immobilization need only be carried out at infrequent intervals. 2, record 20, English, - stability

In 1892, at Agriculture Canada's Central Experimental Farm in Ottawa, Dr. Charles Saunders made a selection of a cross of an early ripening Indian wheat, Hard Red Calcutta, with Red Fife. This selection was developed and licensed under the name Marquis. It was early maturing, produced high yields, and had the same excellent milling and baking qualities as Red Fife. Its quality became world renowned and was the single most important factor in establishing Canada's initial reputation as a producer of high quality wheat. Its performance was such that all inferior varieties were practically eliminated from production. 1, record 21, English, - early%20maturing%20wheat

The initial utilization of chlorine bleaching was in the later stages of a multi-stage bleaching sequence. The CEHDED sequence became dominant in the early 1960's for the production of full-bleach kraft pulp. As the cost of Cl02 became more competitive with sodium hypochlorite in the late 1960's, the CEDED sequence became the industry standard. In the 1970's, attention was given to replacing part of the chlorine in the chlorination stage with chemically equivalent chlorine dioxide to improve pulp strength and color stability and reduce effluent color.... 1, record 50, English, - chlorine%20dioxide%20bleaching

Special emphasis is placed on recent applications including candy making, co-extruded products, extrusion efficiency, pretreatment of starch for enzyme hydrolysis, extrusion of oil seeds for solvent extraction and twin-screw extrusion applications.... It has developed from its initial roles of mixing and forming as applied to macaroni production to the point where the food extruder is now considered a high-temperature-short-time bioreactor which transforms a variety of raw ingredients into modified food ingredients and finished food products.... Initial applications of the food extruder involved its use to reform degermed cereal grits into macaroni, snacks and ready-to-eat cereals.... Filled snacks which contain an oil emulsion filling, RTE cereals with a fruit gel or fruit flavored component, and pet foods containing multicolored textured pieces to simulate bones or other meat products are examples. 2, record 51, English, - extruded%20cereal

On initial contact with antigen, the T cell undergoes clonal proliferation and differentiates into sensitized lymphocytes or committed T cells with various functions. Some cells become activated and are responsible for mediating cellular immunity or resulting in injury to host tissue(hypersensitivity reactions). Others become T memory cells, thereby increasing the number of cells with the ability to react to specific antigen. Still others become helper or suppressor cells, regulating B cell production of antibody... 1, record 52, English, - activated
