Exemptions based on an injury test provide for the denial of access to requested information if disclosure "could reasonably be expected to be injurious" to the interest specified in the exemption. "Injury" in this context means having a detrimental effect. The fact that the disclosure could result in an administrative change in a government institution is not sufficient to satisfy an injury test. It must be possible to identify an actual detrimental effect on the interest specified in the exemption. 2, record 1, English, - injury%20test

In the context of an access to information or personal information request, the injury test is used to determine whether the information requested is covered by an exemption because its disclosure would likely result in harm to the interest protected by the exemption. 3, record 1, English, - injury%20test

Any act which changes the character of property is, technically, waste. Ameliorating waste is that which results in benefit and not in an injury, so that it in fact improves the inheritance. Examples of this kind are the turning of pasture land into arable land and vice versa and the conversion of rundown dwellings into modern, productive shops.(Anger & Honsberger, 2nd ed., 1985, p. 168) 1, record 4, English, - ameliorating%20waste

2, record 5, French, - substance%20super%2Dadh%C3%A9sive

Higher-speed roads include motorways, expressways and multi-lane, divided highways with limited access. They are designed to allow for higher speeds by providing large-radius horizontal and vertical curves, "forgiving" roadsides, entry and exit "grade-separated" junctions-where there is no contact between motorized and non-motorized traffic-and median barriers to separate opposing directions of traffic. Such roads have the lowest rates of road injury in terms of distance travelled because of these design features and the fact that non-motorized users are prohibited. 3, record 6, English, - high%2Dspeed%20road

2, record 6, French, - route%20%C3%A0%20grande%20vitesse

Touch football derives its name from the fact that touching(tagging) the ballcarrier rather than tackling him is the method used to stop his advancement. This is a passing game rather than a kicking game... variations still exist with respect to number of players [from 6 to 11 players or more], distances to be gained for a first down [local rules may specify 20 yards], total number of downs [on a small field a team may be permitted 5 downs] and length of game [agreed to beforehand by the teams involved].... A ballcarrier is considered downed when he is touched--that is, when one or both hands of the defending player tag him, usually above the waist. Offensive players may run interference for the ballcarrier but may not hit an opponent so as to knock him down.... Padded uniforms, helmets, and cleats are not worn, because the chance of injury is slight. 2, record 7, English, - touch%20football
