The segments make it possible to separate eggs in different stages of development. The eggs are kept in 7. 5 cm deep baskets, made of 0. 6 cm meshed hardware cloth and suspended by wire from the side of the trough, so that the water line is below the top of the basket.... Record number: 6, Textual support number: 1 CONT
The discharge from the inverted bucket trap is intermittent and requires a differential pressure between the inlet and discharge of the trap to lift the condensate from the bottom of the trap to the discharge connection. Bucket traps are used for draining condensate and air from blast coils, unit heaters and steam heating coils. Inverted bucket traps are well suited for draining condensate from steam lines or equipment where an abnormal amount of air is to be discharged and where dirt may drain into the trap. 4, record 6, English, - inverted%20bucket%20trap

4, record 6, French, - purgeur%20%C3%A0%20flotteur%20invers%C3%A9%20ouvert

The water is circulated through heat exchangers and stainless steel cold plates to allow thermal conditioning of the internal payload hardware. The water flow is controlled within the U. S. Lab and the JEM [Japanese Experiment Module] to optimize the heat rejection efficiencies of the system. The maximum return water temperature is 49°C(120°F). In order to more readily understand a steam booster we should cover the basic construction of an average steam booster which would be as follows : A series of copper tubings or coils are fastened together so that a 120° water can be supplied at one end and(if all other requirements are met) 180° water will pass through the other end. This series of coils is placed inside a heavy metal container, the container also has an inlet and an outlet, into which we pass live steam at the required pressures. The steam circulates around the coils and losing its heat by transferring its high temperature to the lower temperature water, soon condensation accumulates at the bottom of the container. The condensation then passes through the discharge opening into either a waste line or what is known as a return line which is piped directly to the boiler where it is again heated into steam for recycling through the very same booster. 1, record 25, English, - steam%20booster

1, record 25, French, - r%C3%A9chauffeur%20%C3%A0%20vapeur

Air release chambers are installed ahead of any metering equipment to ensure accurate measurement of fuel flow. They may be installed in either the pumphouse or on the dispensing platform. They operate on the reduced flow velocity principle which separates and eliminates air from the fuel. As the fuel enters the air release chamber(the diameter of which is much greater than the diameter of the inlet to the air release body), the velocity of the flow is greatly reduced allowing an interval of time for the air to separate from the fuel. The air, being lighter than the liquid, rises to the top of the chamber, where it remains until a sufficient quantity has accumulated to lower the liquid level, causing the float to drop, which in turn opens the vent valve and allows the accumulated air to escape. In most cases the line from the air vent is returned to the storage or scavenger tank to prevent spraying fuel into the surrounding area in case of a malfunction of the air release chamber. 1, record 26, English, - air%20release%20chamber

1, record 26, French, - chambre%20de%20d%C3%A9sa%C3%A9ration
