Canal d'éjection et tuyère. L'ensemble canal d'éjection et tuyère comprend : - le raccordement cinq bras, - la rallonge, - la tuyère à volets mobiles. Le raccordement et la rallonge sont en tôle réfractaire et calorifuges. Le système de calorifugeage employé résiste à une température de 1 200 ̊C. Le raccordement est équipé d'une enveloppe soudée, ou enveloppe de réchauffage. Cette enveloppe est pourvue de deux orifices diamétralement opposés, utilisés l'un pour l'arrivée d'air froid et l'autre pour la sortie de l'air réchauffé. À l'intérieur du raccordement, se trouve un cône dit cône d'échappement, sur lequel sont soudés les cinq bras. L'ensemble canalise les gaz chauds à la sortie de la turbine.

The part of a compass on which the direction graduations are placed, it is usually in the form of a thin disk or annulus graduated in degrees, clockwise from 0° at the reference direction to 360°, and sometimes also in compass points.

The heading indicator(also known as the directional gyro) is an instrument designed to indicate the heading of the airplane... The gyro wheel in the heading indicator is mounted vertically and spins about its horizontal axis... The spinning gyro wheel is mounted in an inner gimbal ring that is free to turn about the horizontal axis. The inner ring is, in turn, mounted inside an outer gimbal ring. The compass rose card on the face of the instrument is attached by a series of gears to the outer gimbal ring. As the airplane turns, the compass card rotates indicating a turn to the left or right.

The dial on a compass is called a card. The compass card has 360 points, called degrees. The dial will help you to find East, West, South and all the points in between. The numbers on the dial show the number of degrees from North.

Lorsque l'avion effectue un virage, le limbe tourne, indiquant un virage à gauche ou à droite.
