An integratable driver circuit for driving a power semiconductor, comprising at least one internal amplifier circuit whose output can be connected to an external power semiconductor. In order to limit the switching speed of the output flow, a feedback input which is connected to the input of the amplifier circuit is provided, enabling the load voltage at the output of the power semiconductor to be fed back to the input of the amplifier circuit. A signal limiting circuit is also provided in the feedback branch.

L'invention concerne un circuit d'attaque intégrable servant à exciter un semi-conducteur de puissance et comprenant au moins un circuit amplificateur interne dont la sortie peut être reliée à un semi-conducteur de puissance externe. L'invention vise à limiter la vitesse de commutation du courant de sortie. A particular kind of fluid coupling in which the input and output shafts mate with thin, alternately spaced discs in a cylindrical chamber. The chamber is filled with a viscous fluid that tends to cling to the discs, thereby resisting speed differences between the two shafts. Viscous couplings are used to limit the speed difference between the two outputs of a differential, or between the two axles of a car.

The use of a collator code to combine one or more classifications at the input level is discussed... Each field cannot be longer than nine digits and the input coding block cannot be longer than 25 digits. There is no theoretical limit on the number of sub-elements that can be defined within the 25-digit total length constraint.

The financial control area of the coding block can be used to accommodate requirements of individual departments such as work order code, project code, province, and the like. There is no theoretical limit to the number of imposed coding fields, although no one dictionary in the CAS(Central Accounting System) may impose more than 25 digits with a total limit of 80 digits in the CAS for all such fields. The 25-digit input coding block and the use of collator numbers are also relevant in the determination of the total digits available for coding and classification purposes.
