STAIRSTEP configuration : the shoulder of the upper jumper must be above the upper surface of the cell on which the grip is taken. The grip must be on the front of the end cell or on the outside "A" line of the end cell which is adjacent(next to) the jumper. The grip is to be taken with the inside leg or foot.
