The Silent Partner Program allows the spirit of those RCMP officers who died in the line of duty to live on through the long careers of our future police officers. Launched in 2013, cadets at the RCMP Academy, Depot Division, each receive a card about an RCMP fallen member. This card will include personal data and the circumstances surrounding the member's death... Cadets will carry the card with them throughout training and may be asked to share information about their silent partner during inspections.

Le Programme de partenaire silencieux permet à l'esprit des membres de la GRC qui ont péri dans l'exercice de leurs fonctions d'inspirer nos futurs policiers tout au long de leur carrière. Dans le cadre de ce programme lancé en 2013, les cadets à l'École de la GRC (Division Dépôt) reçoivent chacun une carte sur un membre disparu de la GRC. On pourra y lire des renseignements personnels et les circonstances entourant la disparition du membre. [...] Les cadets conserveront sur eux leur carte tout au long de la formation; de temps à autre, lors des inspections, ils seront appelés à parler de leur partenaire silencieux.
