When an application to stay an exclusion order is presented at the last minute, as in the instant case, certain facts must be taken into consideration. The first is that the court may very well refuse to hear the application... But if the court is persuaded that it should hear the case, that does not mean that everything will happen in the usual way. The applicant still has the burden of satisfying the court that he is entitled to the order he is seeking. In this instance, the burden is eased if the applicant is credible. 1, record 2, English, - stay%20an%20exclusion%20order

The Court also distinguished between the legal right of redemption in foreclosure proceedings and a borrower's contractual right to reinstate a defaulted loan. By law, a defaulting borrower in foreclosure is entitled to redeem his or her property by paying the entire principal and interest due before confirmation of the sheriff's sale. When that happens, the lender has a legal duty to dismiss the foreclosure proceedings and may not condition that dismissal on payment of attorney fees. This differs from a contractual right to reinstate a loan. In that instance, the borrower typically pays only the amounts needed to make the loan current and continues all future payments on the previously agreed-upon schedule. 3, record 7, English, - legal%20right%20of%20redemption

Any stroke that for some reason is replayed without penalty. In an average game, only two types of let are encountered : 1) when called solely in respect of a service that one service only shall be replayed; 2) when called under any other circumstance, the point shall be replayed. For instance, a serve that nicks the top of the net, then bounces in the proper service court is to be replayed. By extension, also a call made by the umpire or by one of the players to indicate that a point should be replayed because of a stray ball rolling across the court. Sometimes the term "let" is mistakenly referred to as a "net serve". A "let" is also played if, for instance, the receiver of a service is not ready to start; if one player involuntarily hinders his opponent; or if a player is hindered in playing by an external agency. 2, record 13, English, - let

Service lets. If, during t he serving process a let is called because the ball served touched the top of the net and fell in the service area, that serve, and that serve only is taken over again. 3, record 13, English, - let
Record number: 13, Textual support number: 1 OBS
Caution: If the ball touches the net on a service, the net judge will call "net", or sometimes "filet"(French Open). The umpire, however, will call "let", since "let" is the official call he must make. This distinction is not always upheld in social play, where informally one hears the following expressions: "two", "take two", or "play two", i.e. take two serves since the first one touched the net (and landed in), "play one", "take one", "second serve", i.e. first serve touched the net and landed out. Moreover, for precision, the term "let" is sometimes qualified: service let. 2, record 13, English, - let

Record number: 13, Textual support number: 3 OBS

A "fault" is an infraction of the rules of tennis. For instance, by failing to place a serve within the service court in two tries constitutes a service fault or "double fault"; if a ball sails beyond the boundary line, an official will call out "fault"(and not error). An "error" is a more subjective term used to denote any mistake committed by a player that causes him or her to lose the point. Note however that the term "error" is used in statistics, e. g. number of unforced errors. The generic term "mistake" is non-specific to tennis. 2, record 14, English, - error
