Since these patients require lifelong therapy with Ig [immunoglobulin] replacement, many may have better quality of life parameters with SCIg use instead of IVIg [intravenous immunoglobulin]. 2, record 4, French, - immunoglobuline%20sous%2Dcutan%C3%A9e

The third place is not home and not work, but instead one of the physical settings that have throughout history encouraged a sense of warmth, conviviality, and that special kind of human sustenance we call community. Much like advertisers bidding for positions on search engine results, online advertisements themselves are also often sold by hosts to advertisers by auction. The massive size and scale of the web, with billions of websites and an incalculable number of individual web pages, however, makes manual auctions for ad space ineffective. Instead, most auctions for online ad space are performed automatically via a system known as programmatic advertising. 2, record 36, English, - auction

APCI is a mode of ionization that is similar to ESI [electrospray ionization] in that ionization takes place at atmospheric pressure, entails nebulization and desolvation, and incorporates an interface design, which is similar to that of ESI. A key difference between APCI and ESI is that ESI is based on ions that are formed in solution, whereas APCI uses ions that are formed in the gas phase. In APCI, instead of high voltage being applied to the inlet capillary, mobile phase from the separation device is evaporated within a heater, and the vapor passes a needle with an applied current, which generates a corona discharge for the formation of stable reaction ions. 3, record 41, English, - atmospheric%20pressure%20chemical%20ionization

In a telemedicine system, a patient is geographically removed from the presence of a doctor or other healthcare provider. For example, the patient could be at home instead of on site at a healthcare facility. Telemedical devices enable the healthcare provider to monitor the health status of a patient and potentially diagnose and treat some medical problems without the need for the patient to travel to the healthcare facility. The use of telemedical systems has the potential to reduce the cost of healthcare, and to improve the quality of healthcare through increased patient monitoring. Various known telemedicine systems provide a device to a patient that enables the patient to transmit medical data to a doctor or healthcare provider. Some devices are configured to record biosignals, such as heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration rates, and transmit data of the recorded biosignals to a database for later review. 1, record 47, English, - biosignal

... the user engages in a telemedicine session with a healthcare provider... When the user and the healthcare provider complete the telemedicine session, the healthcare provider can prescribe necessary medicine to the mobile application user. However, since the user is not physically present with the healthcare provider, the user does not pick up a physical prescription slip. Instead, the healthcare provider transmits... the prescription in electronic form either to the user's mobile application, or to the pharmacy of the user's choice. If the healthcare provider transmits the electronic prescription to the user's mobile application, then the user can then store the electronic prescription on his mobile device... in the mobile application until he is ready to get the prescription filled. The application of free-flying space robots(FFSR) has achieved significant progress because of their ability to perform on-orbit servicing missions autonomously or telerobotically instead of human performing hazardous, monotonous and costly extra vehicular activities(EVA). Some applications of FFSR include inspection, repairing, assembling, refueling and docking with other spacecraft. As these tasks are dangerous for astronauts to perform in the space environment, space robots are expected to be utilized and therefore, a high level of accuracy is required for a successful mission. 2, record 56, English, - free%2Dflying%20space%20robot

Nicotine use is a leading cause of preventable deaths worldwide, and most of those who attempt to quit will relapse. While electronic cigarettes and other electronic nicotine delivery systems(ENDS) were presented as a safer alternative to traditional cigarettes and promoted as devices to help traditional tobacco smokers reduce or quit smoking, they have instead contributed to increasing nicotine use among youths. 3, record 61, English, - nicotine%20use

nicotine use: The word "use" has been suggested to replace the word "abuse." In some contexts, it might be necessary to qualify it to distinguish between different types of use (for example, "harmful use," "hazardous use," "problematic use" or "risky use"). In this case and depending on the context, the reason for the chosen qualifiers should be explained, and the different designations clearly defined. However, some people prefer to avoid qualifying the word "use" as they see this as stigmatizing. 4, record 61, English, - nicotine%20use

The first strategy [that is suggested to patients with obesity] for developing an active lifestyle is reducing sedentary activities. There are many ways in which this can be achieved..., and the strategy should be personalised on the basis of a patient's lifestyle and habits. For example, a housewife with obesity could be encouraged to reduce the time she spends watching TV [television], to take the stairs instead of the elevator and to clean the house alone, without resorting to a housekeeper. Similarly, a person who always uses a car to get around should be encouraged to use the car as little as possible and begin to get around by bike. 3, record 65, English, - active%20lifestyle

Uterine didelphys is a disorder present before birth in which a female develops two uteruses instead of one. In a typically developing female fetus, two ducts(channels) known as Müllerian ducts(the early structure within an embryo that develop into a female's reproductive organs), which began as two small tubes, join to create one larger organ, the uterus. If the tubes do not join completely, each tube may turn into a separate uterus. 3, record 66, English, - uterine%20didelphys

Air-displacement plethysmography is a densitometry technique used to determine body composition with air displacement(instead of water displacement, as used with hydrostatic weighing) to determine body volume. The equipment consists of a closed airtight chamber... The volume of air in the chamber when the chamber is empty is known. When a person enters the airtight chamber, he displaces his own volume in air. The volume of air remaining in the chamber is determined(with a correction for thoracic air volume). The person's body volume is the difference between the volume of air in the empty chamber minus the volume of air in the chamber when the person is in the chamber. 5, record 67, English, - air%2Ddisplacement%20plethysmography

1, record 73, Spanish, - s%C3%ADndrome%20de%20buller

To do a gastric bypass, the surgeon makes a small pouch, called a gastric pouch, in the upper part of the stomach. The pouch is about the size of an egg or golf ball. The surgeon also separates the upper part of the small intestine from the middle part of the small intestine. The middle part of the small intestine is then attached to the gastric pouch. This directs food into the middle part of the small intestine, instead of the lower part of the stomach. 2, record 74, English, - gastric%20pouch

3, record 77, French, - parc%20%C3%A9ponge
