Child marriage is a legal marriage or informal union where one or both parties are children under the age of 18. While early marriage is far more likely to happen to girls, in some countries, it's not uncommon for boys to also marry before the age of 18. More often than not, a younger girl is married to an older boy or man. 3, record 1, English, - child%20marriage

At common law, husband and wife were regarded as one person, the legal existence of the wife during marriage being regarded as incorporated or merged into that of the husband. One result was that, if land were conveyed or devised to or devolved upon husband and wife during coverture in such manner that, if not married, they would have taken it as joint tenants, they took it as tenants by the entireties.(Anger & Honsberger, 2nd ed., 1985, p. 828). 1, record 15, English, - tenant%20by%20the%20entireties
