The Saskatchewan Land Surveyor's Association, duly incorporated in 1910, is an organization of professional land surveyors who are registered to practice in accordance with the provisions of the Saskatchewan Land Surveyors’ Act, Chapters S27, of the revised statutes of Saskatchewan. As a self-governing professional organization, our Association has been entrusted with the stewardship and standards of the legal survey profession with responsibility for establishment, re-establishment and maintenance of survey monuments defining the Provincial Cadastre which serves as a basis for the Torrens Land Registration System in the province providing the foundation for land tenureship and virtually all development of land.
