Occupational Health and Safety(OHS) in the Public Service of Canada is legislated under the Canada Labour Code, Part II. This online course provides federal government employees with an overview of their roles and responsibilities under the Canada Labour Code as well as with guidelines for workplace OHS committees and representatives. Participants will gain a solid understanding of rights and responsibilities, risk management, regulations and penalties related to OHS.
