The legislative purpose of the Foundation is to maintain a fund to be used for the purposes of : legal education, legal research, legal aid, law libraries, law reform. The Foundation accepts applications for grants that fall within these purposes. It meets quarterly-in March, June, September and December-to consider these applications.
