Finally, the committee approved the recommendations to abolish the Corporate Reports Committee and the Finance and Administration Advisory Committee, since their functions have been superseded by changes in the related management processes. It agreed that the Debt Deletion Review Committee, the Policy Health and Safety Committee, the Workplace Health and Safety Committee and the Audit and Evaluation Committee needed to be maintained because of legislative obligations. Aside from the four committees that were approved in December 2002(Audit & Evaluation, Debt Deletion, Policy Health & Safety, and Workplace Health & Safety), five new committees were proposed relating to human resources management, communications management, modern management, information technology steering and security.

Enfin, le Comité approuve les recommandations d'abolir le Comité des rapports de la Commission et le Comité consultatif des finances et de l'administration puisque les changements intervenus dans les processus de gestion ont rendu leurs fonctions désuètes. Il convient également que le Comité des radiations de dettes, le Comité d'orientation en matière de santé et de sécurité, le Comité de santé et de sécurité au travail et le Comité de la vérification et de l'évaluation doivent demeurer pour des raisons d'obligations législatives. Mis à part les quatre comités approuvés en décembre 2002 (Vérification et évaluation, Radiation de dettes, Orientation en matière de santé et de sécurité et Santé et sécurité au travail), cinq nouveaux comités ont été proposés dans les domaines suivants : gestion des ressources humaines, gestion des communications, modernisation de la gestion, technologie de l'information et sécurité.
