2, record 4, French, - parent%20poule

What is split dollar life insurance? Exempt life insurance is comprised of an insurance protection component and a tax-deferred investment component. The split dollar concept recognizes that these components can be matched to the parties that require a particular benefit with each party entitled to an interest in the contract. The advantages of sharing the costs and benefits of one life insurance contract over each party owning individual policies are that the parties only purchase the aspect of the policy they want or need, which can result in cost savings and increased rates of return. 1, record 5, English, - split%20dollar%20life%20insurance

1, record 5, French, - assurance%20vie%20%C3%A0%20prime%20partag%C3%A9e

When you take out a mortgage on a home, you’ll generally have your regular payment automatically deducted from your account, to cover the entire amount. This can be deceiving, since your mortgage payment may consist of several components : the mortgage principal and interest, property taxes and mortgage life insurance. Let's take them one at a time.... Mortgage interest. Generally, mortgage interest costs are front-loaded, so that that interest comprises a much larger percentage of your regular mortgage payment at the beginning of the life of the mortgage than toward the end. 2, record 16, English, - mortgage%20interest

At common law, whenever a husband became seised(otherwise than as a joint tenant) of an estate of inheritance during coverture which issue of the marriage, if any, could inherit, the wife obtained an inchoate right of dower therein which became consummate on the husband's death survived by his wife. The dower right was a life interest in one-third of such freeholds of inheritance and constituted a clog on the husband's title even in his life-time.(Laskin, Revised Edition 1964, p. 72). 1, record 56, English, - dower%20right

Adeno-associated virus(AAV) is unique in the viral world because it has never been shown to have any pathogenic effects in humans, and most of the population has been exposed to AAV early in life. This recommends it as a vehicle for gene therapy. And, during the past five years or so, interest has widened in the development of AAV vectors for gene delivery. 3, record 82, English, - adeno%2Dassociated%20virus

Registrable Interests. The Alberta land titles system recognizes the existence and registrability of separate interests in the same lands. Basically, any interest in land is registrable whether by registration of the instrument granting the interest or by registration of a caveat protecting the interest. Fee simple estates, leasehold estates and life estates are capable of registration. Additionally, rights in land such as easements, rights-of-way or profits à prendre are capable of registration directly or by way of caveat endorsed on the certificate of title.(Sterk, 1981, p. 11). 1, record 84, English, - registrable

The western provinces abolished dower but replaced it with homestead rights.... Rights in the homestead include the right to refuse consent to a change of homestead or to its sale(sales made without consent are void), a life estate in the whole of the homestead to the surviving spouse, and certain immunity from seizure of the homestead by creditors.... Homestead rights give the wife somewhat better protection than does dower : during her husband's lifetime she can prevent the sale of the homestead completely; and if she survives him, she has an exclusive life interest in the whole of the homestead rather than the one-third interest of dower. Homestead rights are less cumbersome than dower-they do not affect other real property of the spouse. 5, record 85, English, - homestead%20right

The level deposit required each year to reach 1 by a given year. The reciprocal of the compounding factor for 1 per annum. Generally obtained from a set of compounding and discounting tables. This factor permits calculating the equal installment that must be set aside each year, to be invested at compound interest, in order to have a predetermined sum at a given time. It is primarily used to determine how much must be put into a fund in order to have recovered the amount of an investment at the end of its useful life. 2, record 99, English, - sinking%20fund%20factor

2, record 100, French, - Atout%2DFaune
