Established in 1984 by the Province of Manitoba, as part of an umbrella system, to serve the voluntary sector in Manitoba. Le Conseil manitobain des services communautaires Inc. a été établi en 1984 par la Province du Manitoba, comme partie d'un système global, pour servir les organismes bénévoles au Manitoba.
