The NSO Support Program assists sport organizations in their pursuit of sport objectives that are shared by the federal government. The program is open to sport organizations that have met the full requirements of the Sport Funding and Accountability Framework(SFAF).

Federal funding is focussed predominately, but not exclusively, on high performance sport.
