Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. The National Tripartite Stabilization Plan(NTSP) is a market risk protection program originally established under the Agricultural Stabilization Act(which was repealed in April 1991). It now operates as a revenue insurance program under the authority of the FIPA. Le Programme tripartite national de stabilisation (PTNS) est un programme de protection contre les risques du marché qui a été établi en vertu de la Loi sur la stabilisation des prix agricoles (cette loi a été abrogée en avril 1991).
