Somatic cell nuclear transfer-mediated cloning requires reprogramming of the genome from a differentiated cell to allow it to drive embryogenesis. This results in some degree of altered gene expression, especially early in the life of the cloned individual. 2, record 2, English, - somatic%20cell%20nuclear%20transfer%2Dmediated%20cloning

Record number: 3, Textual support number: 1 DEF
The photosynthetic carboxylation enzyme of green plants and purple and green bacteria. It is structurally bound in the thylakoids, but is easily solubilized during isolation. The enzyme consists of two types of subunit; the larger subunit is encoded in the nuclear genome of the plant, the smaller subunit in the plastid DNA. 2, record 3, English, - carboxydismutase
Record number: 3, Textual support number: 1 CONT
An enzyme called RuBISCO (ribulosebisphosphate carboxylase) converts the carbon dioxide into 3-PGA. Finally the Calvin cycle takes over and turns the carbon into sugars and starch in the same way C3 plants do. 3, record 3, English, - carboxydismutase
